At DES®Floral, we take pride in our custom artificial flower bouquets and strive to provide the highest quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your confidence in shopping with us.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

- Return Approval – Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
- Ship the Item – Securely package the product and ship it back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Receive Your Refund – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Refund & Exchange Policy
- Refunds – If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund (excluding shipping costs unless the item is defective).
- Exchanges – If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized artificial flower bouquets.
- Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date.
- Items that have been used, damaged (not due to our fault), or altered after delivery.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We may require photos of the product and packaging to process a replacement or refund.
